Next up in the Foodism Local Curry Challenge: the biggest hurdle of them all.
Mike and Ally had to recreate the dishes they’d learnt in the chef’s kitchens to feed a dinner party of five hungry friends. Hosting a curry night isn't easy, especially when you're trying new recipes you've only recently learnt.
With things hotting up and pressures rising, could they translate the skills they learned in the restaurants to their own kitchen? Which dish, ultimately, would be the star of the show and the guests favourite? And would one fall flat at the final hurdle?
