Make the Ed Hughes’ Doom Bar Daiquiri

Preparation time 5 Minutes

Cooking time 5 minutes


  • 50ml golden rum
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 35ml Doom Bar
  • Slice of lime


  1. Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 10-12 seconds.
  3. Strain, pour into goblet or Martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lime.
